30-Day Return Policy

At Rad Jesus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@RadJesus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping: To complete your return, please send the items you want to return to the following address.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Please include a note specifying what item you are returning, why you are returning, and your order number. When it’s received here, we will process your return.  Please pack your items securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

Refunds

  1. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  There are certain situations where refunds are not granted (if applicable)
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes if the items sent back have any of the following: smell of smoke, perfumes or essential oils, has pet hair on it, has stains on it, & is washed or worn.
  2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@RadJesus.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@RadJesus.com
